What does finishing a garage include?
Framing where needed, insulation, drywall, tape and texture, and paint. Electrical, heat and flooring are extra unless you add them.
Does a garage need a permit?
A new garage always needs one. Finishing an existing garage usually does when electrical or new walls are involved. We pull it.
Is epoxy worth it?
An epoxy or flake coating runs $7.5 to $8.75 a square foot and turns the floor into something you can clean with a hose. It is the most popular add-on.
